Office hours for the parents

Parents can talk to teachers at the afternoon (common) office hours, which take place on Tuesdays from 17:00 to 18:30, where all teachers are present. 


Each teacher also has their office hours once a week in the morning. He/she is also available to parents by phone during those hours.

Parent- Teacher meetings

There will be three parent-teacher meetings in the school year 2022/23, usually on Tuesdays:

- First Parent-Teacher Meeting: 14th September 2022,

- Second Parent-Teacher Meeting: 17th January 2023,

- Third Parent-Teacher Meeting: 9th May 2023 or as required.

At the request of parents, management or teaching staff, emergency parent-teacher conferences may also be convened.
